What we handle

Identified, removed, documented

Asbestos is only dangerous when disturbed, so every job starts with identification rather than assumption. Testing tells us what you actually have — and often tells you that no removal is needed at all.

Testing

Sampling & UKAS lab testing

A small sample taken safely and analysed by an accredited laboratory, with written results.

Asbestos surveys

Management and refurbishment surveys for homes, landlords and commercial premises before works begin.

Popular

Garage roofs & sheds

Corrugated asbestos cement roofing and panels — the most common domestic asbestos material.

Textured coatings

Artex and similar decorative coatings assessed, then removed or safely encapsulated.

Floor tiles & bitumen

Vinyl tiles and bitumen adhesives lifted with the right controls and disposed of correctly.

Hazardous waste disposal

Double-bagged, sealed and taken to a licensed facility, with a hazardous waste consignment note.

How it works

How it works

Three simple steps from first message to job done.

Do not disturb it — call us

Send a photo. Undamaged asbestos is usually safest left alone, and we will say so if that is the case.

FAQs

Asbestos Removal in the Midlands — your questions

How much does asbestos removal cost in the Midlands?
As a guide: sampling and lab testing from around £90, a property survey from £250, and a typical garage roof removal from £450 including licensed disposal and consignment paperwork. Every job is quoted individually once we know what the material actually is.
How do I know if it is asbestos?
You cannot tell reliably by eye — age and appearance are only clues. The only certain answer comes from laboratory analysis of a sample, which is why we test before quoting any removal.
Is all asbestos work licensed?
No. Higher-risk materials such as sprayed coatings, lagging and insulating board must legally be handled by an HSE-licensed contractor. Lower-risk materials such as asbestos cement garage roofing can be worked on by trained, competent operatives under the Control of Asbestos Regulations. We will tell you honestly which category your material falls into, and refer licensed work on where required.
Can I put asbestos in a skip?
No. Asbestos is hazardous waste and must be double-wrapped, labelled and taken to a licensed facility under a consignment note — it cannot go in a skip or general rubbish.
Should undamaged asbestos always be removed?
Often not. Asbestos in good condition that will not be disturbed is frequently safest managed in place, and we would rather tell you that than sell you an unnecessary removal.

Suspect asbestos? Test before you touch it.
